    The second film in a mini-series to preview the latest Omega Squid Studios/Horrorhut Production film; Each episode will be short and will feature actors, stories, production, and staff related to the film.

    The second film of the series features our guitarist, JD Robinson, our director, Patrick Farmer, and as the cameraman, me, Shelby Jones, the executive producer.

    During this segment we clean up the shed/studio, JD practices the Urban Nights theme, and then we continue to clean up the shed/studio.

  • Don LaFontaine, King of Movie Trailer Voices, dies.

    Today the motion picture industry lost another great artist. You may have never seen him or heard of his name, but you have heard his unmistakable voice in many commercials, promos, and movie trailers.

    Mr. LaFontaine died Monday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from complications in the treatment of an ongoing illness, said Vanessa Gilbert, his agent. (Sources say that he suffered a collapsed lung.) He was 68 years old.

    He has made more than 5,000 trailers in his 33-year career while working for the top studios and television networks of the world.

    He was featured in a Geico ad series that used hired celebrities to paraphrase actual customer experiences. That’s the commercial below.
